These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shop21autobody.com and the services provided by Shop 21 Auto Repairs & Body Shop (SHOP 21 LLC) ("Shop 21," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Shop 21 provides collision repair, auto body repair, dent and bumper repair, auto paint and refinishing, Tesla and EV body repair, and mechanical services in San Jose, CA and the surrounding area. The specific scope of any repair is described in your individual estimate and work authorization.

Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the visible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during the repair may change the scope and cost. We will discuss any changes with you and, when applicable, with your insurance company before proceeding.

Insurance Claims

We work with all insurance companies and can assist you with your claim. You are responsible for any deductible and for any amounts not covered by your insurance policy. The final terms of coverage are determined by your insurer.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the payment methods listed at our shop. Vehicles may be subject to storage fees if not picked up within a reasonable time after completion.

Warranty

Any warranty on repairs is provided as described in your work order or estimate. Parts supplied by the customer are not covered by our repair warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shop 21 is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
